You did a great job honestly OP. I`ve done quite a few black German cars, and had no issue with my Griot`s units. Obviously, there are machines that are better, which I want as well. I like to go an extra step and jewel the paint with a finishing glaze/polish, especially on the show panels.
 
If you are looking for more cut but dont want to break the bank on a new polisher try some microfiber pads, they offer a lot more cut than foam IMO.
