WTF :( how does it make it all the way to the delivery truck then it gets messed up

12/23/2010 5:55 A.M. THE PACKAGE WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH THE DETAILS / DAMAGED MERCHANDISE DISCARDED, BALANCE BEING RETURNED. UPS WILL NOTIFY THE SENDER WITH THE DETAILS

You would be surprised. I work in shipping and have seen UPS guy drive the truck BACK OVER packages he left sitting behind his truck. Among many other stories.

Sorry about your luck :( file a claim with UPS. Your package was automatically insured for up to $100. Autogeek always in my experience packages properly.

Well i dont even think its getting delivered to me..It looks like they are contacting autogeek themself.

There's just too many offensive words to post what I want after watching this.:mad:
 
We used to have a FedEx driver that took each and every package as personal attack on his personal worth. The packages were kicked, left in the only water puddle on the porch, and if he knew you were home he would sneak up on your porch to put the "attempted delivery" tag on your door. Videos were sent to their corporate offices and to his supervisor and he was removed from doing deliveries. Now he probably gets to destroy out stuff, just out of sight of the public.
 
I must say that the UPS and FedEx guys/girls that deliver to my neighborhood are awesome! They are friendly people and they always seem to take care of my packages. They are always left on my front porch behind my planter boxes so they can't be seen from the street. And if there are multiple boxes they are always stacked neatly. Which is why I always tip them around the holidays!

At least they caught it and recognized that something was tweaked and they're taking action on it rather than leaving a jacked up box on your porch. Definitely sucks, I'm expecting my package tomorrow and would be upset too, but I'm sure that everything will work out for you...just delayed which blows.

I wish that was my UPS driver. Something tells me that I would be ordering A LOT more stuff from AG....just sayin' :laughing:
