No powerball winner

Taxes on 1.4 billion dollars is a billion dollars not that id complain but cmon a billion in taxes. It gets worse if you were to gift some to family and friends. Our government the rip off artist! I would even send my new buddy wystang for a trip to Colombia.

Berkeley is an acquired taste. But they do have some great/diverse places to eat though.
