We used Mckees waterless wash. They are one of a few great ones out their. You also have rinseless options. Meguiars D114 was how I first started washing my car for a year before I got a hose. Also if you can time early in the morning or late in the afternoon when the sun isn't in full force that could help with your traditional wash.
