Nominations for "Best 50/50 Shot" of 2014

The last truck pic is the most dramatic to me for you with the paint beforeafter and that seat, whew! <-- Do tell your cleaning process of that seat! (Just curious of your cleaning methods and what protection afterwards?)

Hey, I just realized you are in La., in what city do you reside?

I'm in Alex.
I cleaned the seat with 10:1 Meg's apc plus and one of the small brushes ag sells.

There was a black Porsche I saw done by someone in one of the Facebook groups which was awesome, but I can't find it now.

I'll toss in one of my older shots. :)

Megs M01 and M80 via rotary.

RaskyR1, do you have a write for this particular vehicle? I would be interested in your process. I appreciate the workmanship in creating an amazing 50/50 for this classic.

Good to see another fellow La. detailer! Nice pics and keep up the good work!

Chad..... YOU WIN!

I seriously thought that Impala was black... NOT!

Great result from a great guy!

haha thanks guys!

... it's only February. I bet I can outdo it by the end of the year :)

Zach,

Did you do anything more impressive than the Silverado in post #1

That 50/50 would be hard to beat

I couldn't pretend to pick a clear winner, but the thread does demonstrate that there are some truly talented paint polishers on AGO!

I like to think I have done a lot of work that is comparable to the photo you're referencing :)

Mmmmmmmm

Great shots

Are you able to stay out of the reflection by standing further away and zooming in with a DSLR?

Throwing this one in because I did it by hand

Does it make the page difficult to view on your phone, when a larger sized photo is embedded, as in the previous post?
