1000 Blue Rays? I couldn't even name 50. When does one have the time to watch that many movies?

I had a 140" 3D projector installed in my new house for my man cave. I find that even IMAX shows have poor sound and picture quality. This doesn't even take into account it costs around $50 to take my family to the movies, so in the end a $20 blu ray I can watch countless times is a bargain in my mind.

That's quite a collection. My brother-in-law has a huge Ohio State collection. It drives my sister nuts.

I'll be over soon. What type of speaker set up do you have?
And....:postpics:

I don't really collect anything.

But a friend of mine has a great collection of EX WIVES!

Most expensive thing I can think of to collect.

Surround sound is in the process of being upgraded to a Pioneer Elite 7.1 receiver, Emotiva Amplifier, and Martin Logan speakers. I need to have some electrical work done in order to have everything wired the way I'd like it.

I collect tools....I hate needing a certain tool to complete a project and not having it, or worse having to stop what I am doing to go buy it and try to get focused all over again. So when I see a good deal on a nice tool or piece of equipment...I buy it..
For wrenches, ratchets, sockets I prefer the Craftsman Professional line. It is not found in store anymore but can be had off the Sears website. Occasionally you will find a "professional" model of a certain tool in the store, but not much of anything.

Besides an overwhelmingly large quantity of tools I seem to collect small engines. I like to grab broken mowers, edgers, or whatever off the street and taken them home and get them running. Rights now I have about 20 small engines of various sizes in the shop.

Along with a high school friend of 35 years and a few other helpers we have a large O scale 3 rail layout in the Schuylkill Mall Frackville PA. Right of I-81. The layout is 24'x55 and multiple levels. We run MTH DCS System and can run as many as 14 trains at once. Last week my friends son ran a 3 steam engine setup with 101 Reading coal hoppers. If you go to YouTube and search Frackville +trains there are several videos. We also have a Facebook page North Schuylkill High Railers. We are open every other Sunday from 12-5. This Sunday we are open. If your in the area please stop by and say HI.

Forgot to add under model railroading I have 100's of Model Railroader magazines from the 50's-2012. Also Classic Toy Trains, OGR, and Model RR Craftsman.

I did have 100's of all types of photography magazines but I purged that to just the past year.

My wife hates all of the magazines taking up several shelves in our office. So now that I got an iPad for current issues she's going to by me the Model RR complete collection on DVD from the 30's-200? And then I'm going to sell all my paper copies to raise money for our train club. All new subscriptions I get are digital only. Easy read on the iPad. And I'll archive them to HD or DVD.

I have several hundred DVDs and TV seasons (MacGyver, The Dukes of Hazzard, The A-Team, Walker Texas Ranger, Home Improvement, etc.). Working on getting all the seasons of Criminal Minds - I have seasons 1-4 right now.

Timmy G, I thought my hobby was expensive, that looks amazing. I would leave the house, especially with that hidden collection of pron. My dad is an audiophile of sorts, has some very cool mcintosh tube amps and some amazing speakers from B&W and others.
