Watch as many good tutorials as you can...
That video showed me proper technique long before I got the Flex. Arm speed, holding the tool properly, an idea of downward pressure (weight)... all very informative. I have long arms but I'm only 5'9" and fairly skinny so my sections are smaller than Mikes'.
As mentioned by several above, there are too many variables to just "set in stone" what products and processes to use to achieve your desired results; however, all the best products in the world can still be useless with improper technique.
