Not to happy.

I never have problems with their customer service. It has only been three days since you ordered. That isn't terribly long.

Their policy is that orders usually ship within 24 hours. I had read somewhere else within 2 business days..Special order items take longer since they ship from mfr. My advice was merely if you are not going to meet your stated order ship times, just contact the customer to let them know.

For detailers that detail as a business... If you told your customer the car would be ready in 4 hours and 3 hours into it you figured out that it was going to be 6 hours instead of 4, would you call your customer immediately and let them know that it would take more time or would you not call and have the customer show up at the quoted 4 hours?
 
So all of this BS is because someone hasn't received their order in three days? I do understand the close proximity to AG but come on! This one takes the cake. I do hope you can get a satisfactory answer as to where the order is regardless of how silly I think this thread is.
 
I ordered 3 days ago. I live in nashville. Got home today, package on front porch. Also recieved email saying second package will be here tomorrow. I'm thrilled! Good look to the op..

It took an extra day to get my order this time also. I under stand everything thats going on but you shouldn't run back to back specials if you cant keep up. Just a thought. BUT I STILL LOVE AG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So what would you say is an appropriate amount of time for your order to be shipped.
 
Same here, I ordered a couple of goodies on the "Mike15" sale, and it might've lagged a bit by about 12-24 hours.

No biggie for me. But......

Wouldn't surprise me, if us folks ordered a semi truck's worth of goodies all in one day, taxed the PBMG folks, and probably even overwhelmed the shippers.

Me, I'm not a pro detailer, but you folks who have such a business, should plan ahead a little bit better, and not cut things so close with running out of product.

I agree with you, it's about inventory control for those running a business. My point is that had AG just contacted the OP, to let him and everyone else whose order was delayed know that there was a delay in shipping, then we probably wouldn't be having this conversation.
 
We had a BIG sale, it's been crazy, Detail Fest is running us crazy but no excuse for any run around, I will look into it for you right now. And I know I have said this a few times but will say it again, just ask for me when you call, we have a great group of employees but if you do not feel you are leaving us happy than ask for me.

It seems that the common complaint is that orders are taking longer than normal to ship and no one is being told what is going on until they reach out to you guys. By this time most folks are a little annoyed especially if the folks answering the phones are not coming across as helpful. Maybe a disclaimer on the "order received" email that states "during special event periods it could take up to 3 to 4 days to ship the order".

Lets go with Monday since UPS does not delivery on Saturday. I would hate for you to be sitting on the porch all day Saturday waiting on the brown truck!! :work:
 
Hey luv-a-shine. I also placed and order on 3/11. Like you the statius of the order never left Warehouse. So I left an e-mail on Thrusday, today they will send the order out. Just wish they would have updated the reason why no movement of order.
 
Agreed. Order placed on monday. Still no shipping confirmation. That's unacceptable.
 
Cut them some slack, the Ultra Music Festival just opened today.
