I never have problems with their customer service. It has only been three days since you ordered. That isn't terribly long.
Their policy is that orders usually ship within 24 hours. I had read somewhere else within 2 business days..Special order items take longer since they ship from mfr. My advice was merely if you are not going to meet your stated order ship times, just contact the customer to let them know.
For detailers that detail as a business... If you told your customer the car would be ready in 4 hours and 3 hours into it you figured out that it was going to be 6 hours instead of 4, would you call your customer immediately and let them know that it would take more time or would you not call and have the customer show up at the quoted 4 hours?
