A recently divorced woman that lives a couple doors down recently bought a very dark gray extended cab Silverado. She wanted to keep it in the garage for obvious reasons. Problem was the truck was too long to fit. So to remedy the situation she cut a hole about 6'x8' in the wall in the front of her garage. I'm all about trying to keep a vehicle in the garage but I really don't think I would want the front end in the living room. Then to top it off after the fact she figured out that was a load bearing wall! Oops lmao

Dave, nothing surprises me anymore and the sad part it's probably always been there and with the advent of the internet we're aware of it....

The gene pool at its finest....

So true

It also won't pass code anymore as the exhaust has a way into the house.

This person cut a hole in there house so the car fits in the garage????

What???

This has to be the most asinine thing I've ever heard.

Can you sneak in there and post a pic?

I think I just found someone to weld my gas tank.

I thought the part where you figure out how to fit it in the garage comes before you buy it?

This might give some insight as to why she is divorced.

I'll try to get a pic with my phone on an evening walk.

The trucks inside, and that's all that matters....

I guess everything IS bigger in Texas, except garages lol

I think its genius, would also love to see a pic. At least now she'll have a heated garage!!!:awesome: and be able to sit in her truck and watch tv.

So what's the problem, I remember the late 70's show "Vegas" with Robert Urich. He parked his 57 T-Bird in his living room. She probably got the house during the divorce settlement and I would not doubt the guy is paying the mortgage.
