Numbers are in. Got the GTO on the Dyno

Smokinss: Nice GTO and very nice numbers!!

Hey eaglefan relax bro. Grown men can drive Fiats, I have witnessed it myself. A wee bit phobic there buddy?? All Klasse was saying is that the Pontiac GTO is actually a Holden imported from Australia, he wasn't bagging on the car. So technically it could have another GTO of this era for lunch! :xyxthumbs:

Awesome N/A numbers and very clean car! I just recently got my S2000 tuned also put down 603whp 400wtrq on 19psi. I would post pics but don't want to derail your thread.

Thanks buddy! I think you are right about taking it out of context. I think these cars are a great value now. Especially if you find a clean one. The interiors are very comfortable.

Congrats on the numbers, its great hitting your numbers for sure, makes it all worth while! There are a number of things I REALLY like about your car:

-NO wing

-painted black panel between the tails

-red G T O insert in lower valance

-sounds like a classic muscle car with that "bumpity bump" sound coming out of the exhaust, oh yeah, those tips look good too!

-its CLEAN!!!

-ITS GOT OVER 100K ON THE CLOCK!!!!!!!

Just to really clear this up AND to reiterate what I really like about the car AND its post #4!

Now that we've got that out of the way, Smokin, what's next, I know there's a NEXT!

Not sure! Normally I would add a plate nitrous kit. But since its my daily driver I think the engine mods are done for now. But it is due for brakes and some springs and shocks. All in due time.

One of the very few GM cars that I like, very tasteful car and great #'s.

Thanks man! There are a few Fords I want. One being a Sonic blue 03-04 cobra with a whipple or KB blower:xyxthumbs:

That's what I had before my son was born. 03 Sonic Blue Cobra. I pullied the stock Eaton and tuned it, didn't have a bolt to mount the tension pulley and it made 456rwhp/471rwtq with the belt slipping badly on a very hot humid day. Tuner estimated with tension pulley it would have made ~480rwhp.

I wish I would have know then what I know now about paint. It was swirled badly.

I miss that car! :(

Will the Brembo's from the CTS-V, 1st or 2nd gen, fit on your car? You should really look into that now with the added power and its not like your car is "light on its feet" to begin with, a nice upgrade and confidence building mod IMO!

The 6 piston calipers from a new gen V do fit with a special bracket offered. Then you need 5gen Camaro rotors and new lines made up. Great setup but a little pricy.

"Speak of the Devil", I saw a black GTO today @ Supercar Saturday and it had the yellow CTS-V brakes from the 2nd gen car, looked awesome and surely can stop on a time and make change! I just thought it was funny that I asked about and then saw it today!!
