Odor elimination & PC tips

Is there a commonly available deodorizer that will get cigarette odor out of a car? I'll be selling a car that was lent to a family member and have to clean it up. I'll also be using this car for practice w/ my first PC. I've read the sticky post tips for the PC. If there is some tip that is not commonly known, i could use the input. I'm a little anxious about power polishing. I've been doing it the hard way for longer than i'd like to admit. Thanks in advance for any help.

It's a VW Golf. I don't think all that stuff will fit in the car! :D

Febreze the seats and interior, allow the windows to stay open in the sun all afternoon, and use this .... it will all help. You will also be surprised at what a good cleaning, some dressing, and washing out the ashtray will do. In past stinky rental cars, I use to fill the ashtray with powdered carpet deotorizer.
