I was just wondering which yall like more to do in your free time spend the day ripping down dirt trails in the woods or a say at the track/strip

I like both i just hate what going off road does to the paint lol

I've always been a motorcycle/quad person. Got out of racing a few years ago when I moved by the beach and only had a 1 car garage to put stuff in!

i like to go mudding and snowmobiling. I HAVE taken my impala mudding and believe it or not, for a car it doesn't handle too bad

As our entire crew is getting old and tired, we don't run weekly for points anymore, but wrenching on this beast has been a hobby since the mid-eighties:

I use to like to go 4-wheeling and racing...

This was taken at the Johnson Dry Lakes Bed in the Mojave Desert...

This was taken at Dexter Reservoir just outside of Eugene, Oregon - now this was a thrill!

This was taken at the St. Lucie Mud Jam last spring - I didn't 4-wheel my truck though as it has a fresh coat of wax. Plus right before this shot I had just washed the underneath of the truck.

From left to right...

Sometimes, racing as a hobby demands more of a commitment than you bargained for. We were in a tight battle for top ten in points and got bumped off turn three.

We were down to our last top wing without the funds to buy another, so I had five days to rebuild it, in addition to putting in 50 hours plus at my regular job. I pulled enough pop rivets late nights after work to make Popeye's forearms sore.
