office building ?

When landing an account such as an office building how are you guys doing it? Are you just cold calling the leasing office? or do you show your face? our business is going well but trying to get a couple other office buildings on our weekly route. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have just shown up introducted my self dropped off a flyer. Wait to see if i get any calls and usually i do and then go from there .
