Optimum Polymer Technologies showed off several new products at the SEMA show this year. Dr. Ghodoussi's latest offerings look very promising - expect to see them on our shelves in the coming weeks. Until then, here is a sneak peek.

Optimum Opti-Glass Clean & Protectant

Optimum Opti-Glass Clean &t Protect is a ready-to-use version of Opti-Glass Clean & Protect Concentrate. It is designed to restore the beading and sheeting properties of glass coatings; it can also be used as a stand alone glass cleaner that imparts a hydrophobic coating. You can expect this to be available in several sizes.

Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant

Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant does exactly what the name implies - cleans carpet and upholstery while depositing a durable protective coating. This coating is designed to keep the surface clean and protected. You can expect this to be available in several sizes.

Optimum Opti-Clay

Optimum Opti-Clay is the long awaited clay bar from Optimum Polymer Technologies. It promises to continue the trend set forth by other Optimum products - value, ease of use, and performance. Expect it to be available in two grades.

Stay tuned for more information as it becomes available! :dblthumb2:

Is this Opti-Clay like the original version (stretchy)?

I reckon one can never discount the good Dr G!

Seems he's always got something good up his sleeve! :-)
Carry on Montague! LOL

They always come out with amazing products. Which set the standards. Really looking forward on trying the new clay and fabric cleaner/protectant.

No he is like the mad scientist, you never know what he is up too!

What about the fabric guard?

Seems that there are products already available to the Aussie market.
What surprises me the most is Chris claiming in August that these products will NOT be available to NON-PRO detailers when released (referring to US market?).

Maybe they changed their minds :confused::confused:

Opti-Leather (not sure if that's the exact name) isn't going to be available for retail sale. It will be treated like Opti-Coat PRO - certified installers only.

Hi Nick!
Didn't want to break forum rules by posting another forum link, but will pm to you.
Chris certainly spoke the same of the fabric guard. Maybe pre-SEMA disinformation?

But it does make sense. How many posts have you read of OC mis-application after not following simple directions.
Mess up on a fabric "coating" and most likely the stain will be set.

Time will tell...soon.

The fabric coating is also for professional use only.

That's the major concern, those people instead still insist that it is a product failure. Not sure they are paid to do so or just plain dumb (Sorry for the harsh word)

"Optimum Carpet & Fabric Cleaner & Protectant" caught my eyes

Hmm, I will wait for the gallon size on the fabric cleaner. 32 oz. wouldn't last me any time at all.
