***Update***


Okay we've been to our booth location as the pictures show and it's going to work perfect for what we're going to do. Plus there's plenty of power for running the polishers.

Here's what's happening today and I'll call each team member to make sure they get this message.

At 7:00pm there's going to be what they call a

Park & Look Party and Concert at Swope's Car of Yesterday Museum.




Team Autogeek, that's Jason, Trey, Andre and myself, are going to attend this event to introduce ourselves and try to find the perfect demo car. My guess is we'll head over that way at 6:30pm. Until then we're here at the Days Inn hotel doing some computer work.

Friday Schedule


7:00 - 10:00 p.m.
Park & Look, Party & Concert by Crushed Velvet at Swope's Cars of Yesteryear Museum, 1100 North Dixie Hwy. Elizabethtown, KY 42701.

If you're part of our Autogeek's Pro Detailing Team and you're in town and you can get to the party then meet up with us as we're looking for our demo car.


Saturday

The car show starts at 11:00am

We'll be arriving at our booth at 7:30am to set up. We should be all set up by 9:00am assuming no issues.

If we find a car at the party then we'll have arranged for the car to arrive to our booth between 8:00am and 9:00am

If we don't have a car by early Saturday morning then Dennis and I will be taking a Golf Cart to go hunting for one.

That's the plan so far.... when I have more information I'll update this thread.

I should be there in time to meet up with you guys for the search. I'll be getting in town about 7 or 8 I hope
 
For people planning on showing a car. If the show starts at 11, they will start lining up to get in hours before that. If your wanting a good spot on the main strip get there earlier to get in line. Just a heads up. As long as weather is good I should be there.
