As of the 29th of the month, I am an official business! Already have a few great contracts lined up for the coming year, as well as some other coals in the fire.

Next, I just have to get my insurance squared away and finalized as well as invest in some new products and tools.

What State do you live in and just out of curiosity how much does it run for your state?

Im in SC and it ran me 340$ if I'm not mistaken.

WV. $130 to file and $25 a year after that...
 
Congrats..I got my llc on the 20th. Amazing how easy it was to include insurance, irs, and setting up a business bank acct. took me 2 days.
 
Congrats :) . Are you prices for any size car? Because it doesn't say and if so thats way to cheap and do you offer a complete interior cleaning?

It says large trucks and SUVs are charged extra at the bottom.

Under the Important notes section you will see that full-size SUVs and trucks are charged an additional $25. This method has proved to work very well and clients agree and are still happy with it.

As far as complete interior,.. I do shampooing and stain removal, but do that as a custom quote since each car's needs and level of staining is different.

Just remember that setting up a corporation is separate and distinct from running a business. Anyone can do the former. Best of luck on the latter!!!! :buffing:
