What can I use to brighten up my oil cooler (twin turbo)? Is there a liquid that can be sprayed on and will not damage the other items (plastic, hoses, etc.) that are around the oil cooler.

I am a big fan of Busch's aluminum polish. But it's not a spray on product. Optimum metal polish and Poorboys Pro Polish work well on aluminum also.

Thanks. I was looking for a spray on products that would brighten the fins along with the sides. I have a product for aluminum boats but it would damage (big time!0 the other items around it.

Perhaps look into some wheel cleaners. Maybe you will find one to fit your application.

I use an aluminum acid cleaner/brighter for wheels. I don't think it would be safe for the plastic though.I'd be afraid it would cause blushing. Can you disconnect the cooler and work on it that way?

I have had pretty good luck with Nevr-dull in the past.

The safest metal polish I have ever used was English Custom Polish Metal Polish. A guy I used to work with polished his entire frame on his CBR with it and it looked like chrome when he was done.
