OK I Need a New Canopy Quick!!

My next step is figuring what to use to weigh them down. I don't want to use congrete buckets because I use a grand marq with a trailer and don't have the room to put 4 buckets and if I used what then that 20 gallons out of my small 100 gal tank. I was thinking of using 25 or 35 lbs wights. Not sure

I use sandbags to hold down my tent.

It is a 16X20 tent and out in the desert (damn windy at times) I found that 20 lb sandbags work great. I use two on each leg and there are 8 legs.

The sandbags are the same ones that I rent out with my lighting and grip gear. They are canvas and have a really strong canvas handle on each one.

Here is their page showing what they look like.

I'm looking at getting a canopy myself since I don't have a carport and my garage is used for storing just about everything except a car. I'm not planning on leaving it up 24/7 or using it in the rain, it'll just be used as shade for when I'm polishing and waxing. I found a 10x20 for $149.99 at a major Canadian retailer, but is a 10x20 too large? I'm only 5'5" so I'm concerned something that size would be too difficult to set up. Would something smaller like a 10x10 be fine?

10x10 seems too small you will be moving the tent constantly. I'm thinking 10x15 would be the best coverage just not sure if one person can easily put up a ez up 10x15 quickly. But a lot of people are using 12x12

Ive used 5 gallon Gas jugs before that work great. I would empty them out before I go and fill em up when Im there so that I dont have some heavy jugs in my trunk. Plus no water would spill.

Sams are pretty much everywhere. They carry (or carried) E-Z Up brand in most sizes.
