Looks VERY similar to the VX5000 I just bought...... bought brand new for 695 - no tax, no shipping. VERY similar. PM me and Ill toss you the link to this - but please remember that I just got this unit it and have not tried it yet - but good thing about being new is that yes there are warranties and yes they back their product :dblthumb2:
 
you guys can buy a dvd which shows great ways of use on vapor steamers from renny doyle that was at detail fest this pass week end

I saw it and it has peaked my interest also. The video i saw was the VC 4000c.
