Since it is raining here in Atlanta and will be tomorrow also, I kept looking around the site for a couple of things I might need. :)

Looking at all the Show & Shines, I figured I needed to pick up this Meguiars Hyper Dressing...and while I am getting that:

Poorboy's World Natural Look Dressing - its a BOGO!
Poorboy's World refill sprayer
Poorboy's World Air Freshener
1.oz Measuring cups
Meguiars Hyper Dressing + Proportioner
32 oz Meguiars Hyper Dressing bottle w/sprayer
Meguiars 16 oz Self Cleaning bottle

I need to stay away from this site...

I have always said we should start meetings for Autogeeks!

hahahah CaneMustang, I like your threads. :)

I'm starting another order before the last one even gets to me. (I need to find out why my cart still has those items in it, though. I dunno if it's because the order hasn't been shipped yet, because of a backordered item.) I've realised I need more applicators and that the Pinnacle applicator holder thing is probably a better way to use them. And I need those foam stick things - someone had a bunch of them in his unpacking pics and when I looked at the product page, I could see I needed some. :)

I have a 100$$ order ready to go......any shipping specials....ready to pull the trigger lol.

I have always said we should start meetings for Autogeeks!

We will need to come up with "twelve steps" like they have at AA.

When it comes to detailing our vehicles, I can't come up with any "steps".

I should just order a 500 dollars worth and be done with it. I just keep on doing the small 100 here, 100 there. I'm sure in the last two months I've spent more then 800 alone on AutoGeek.

Need to stop doing it however.

This was posted by another member once and I had to copy it:

The 12 steps of detailers anonymous
Step 1. We admitted we were powerless over waxing and that
our wives had become unmanageable.
Step 2. Came to believe that a better wax could restore us to
sanity.
Step 3. Made a decision to turn our wheels and our tires over
to a tire shine as we understood it.
Step 4. Made a searching and fearless swirl inventory of our
rides.
Step 5. Admitted to A.G.O., to ourselves and to another
detailer the exact nature of our paint condition.
Step 6. Were entirely ready to have M-105 remove these
defects and swirls.
Step 7. Humbly asked our banks to increase our credit limits.
Step 8. Made a list of all the products we would need and
became willing to pay for them all.
Step 9. Made a direct leveling of our swirls except when to do
so would remove too much clear or strike through.
Step 10. Continued to use 2 buckets and when the water got
dirty promptly replaced it.
Step 11. Sought through detailing forums to improve our
process as we understood it, asking only for the
knowledge of products and the technique to use
them.
Step 12. Having achieved a perfect paint finish as a result of
these steps, we tried to carry these techniques to
other detailers and to practice these processes with
all of our vehicles.

tell me about it. my order from the other day isn't here yet and im about to pull the trigger on a 3403 Im the MAN

I think I should be the Grand Wizard of of Autogeek Anonymous and should have started a couple of years ago when I had more money....

Jeff, you are soooooo right!! :props:

They make cool looking labels that look awesome on your shelf...marketing!! LOL

Bobby, if you leave tonight, you could be here by tomorrow!!! HAHAH

Jeff is becoming an addict. I think I've spoken to him on the phone more in the last week than my own mother! :bolt:

:haha:

There is very little doubt in my mind that Jeff will have one of the nicest looking Mustangs in the state of Georgia once he's finished with it.

Yeah, its bad when I call and he answers "Hey Jeff" :props:

What's bad is that I am a loyal guy, so I only want to talk to Nick when I put in a order!!!! LOL

AG can accept weekly or monthly payments to help you.

My name is Jeff and I'm a Geek-aholic.

It all started out slowly....A bottle of this or that here and there and now I'm doing the gallon size. I find myself buying four at a time when I know one is enough but then I think what if I run out and can't get my order for three days!!! Yesterday while shopping I bought a spray bottle of Bug and Tar remover then I went to another store and saw the aerosol spray can, I said to myself, "I NEED IT MAN"!!!

It's all starts slow and innocent enough and builds into a huge snowball!!! I'm shaking now so I guess I need to head to the local Auto Zone and get my fix!!!:laughing::laughing:

lol I think I need AGA as well. The gf was moving stuff around in the garage the other day and I went to go do a comparison test of my new Optimum stuff that had just arrived to some other product I already had. We had just moved so my (compared to you guys) small collection of wax, polishes, pads, etc. was all in one of the smaller AG shipping boxes. I couldn't find it lol. Earlier in the day her friend's Dad had stopped by to pick up a load of stuff we were giving away and I panicked thinking my box o' goodies went too and I quickly started trying to figure out how much $$$ was in that little box. That in itself was an added shock lol. Still, I think my product total is similar or slightly more/less than a full exterior detail would cost me locally, and I've done my own car a few times and a relative's vehicle so it's definitely worth it.

You are all sick.

When my last two orders get here there will be no need to seek help, especially from you weako's, because I won't be buying any more for a long time.........except maybe some Wolfgang Sealant, oh, and some Spritz Sealant.:):):):)

guess after getting the new truck back in september, i have tried more new products than ever this spring/summer. and props to AG for a great selection and customer service. and some good sales/offers! the free sample deal is great! lets you try before you buy. like i said, if AG had their own CC that would be dangerous! if their store was local, OMG!
