One Brand for Everything, what would you choose?

Meguiars. Been using their products for at least 50 years.

As said often...find something you like and use it.

The price difference isn't small though so it's not really a fair comparison. Meg's stuff performs 90%+ as well for usually half the price, or less. A gallon of Wolfgang Perfekt Glass Cleaner's $50. Meg's D120's $17 and makes 11 gallons. That's 33 gallons of glass cleaner that's 95% as good for the same price. 33 gallon's of Wolfgang's glass cleaner would cost me $1,650. I recently started using Polish Angel products, and they're infinitely better than anything else I've used. But at the price, they should be. The glass cleaner I got from them is a lot better than anything I've used, but it was $54 for 1 liter. I can make 33 gallons of D120 for less than $54. 33 gallons of the Polish Angel glass cleaner would be $7,128 IMHO equivalent should factor in price too. WG is a premium line with premium prices. They offer no Meg's equivalent products when you factor in cost.

3D 50:1 Glass Cleaner has become my go to--great product. A gallon is $29 and makes 50 gallons of ready to use cleaner.

Would it be cheating to say PBMG? That way I could use all my favorites from each line. Would miss my Stoners though.

Meguiars. I would truly miss Relaod and Hydr02, but they literally could supply everything including pads and various tools.

I used to use Mothers exclusively but have recently been dipping my toes into Pinnacle products and i really really like the results!!!!

:laughing::laughing::laughing:

I currently use Blackfire almost exclusively.

but Im thinking about switching to menzerna.

Good polish, Good wax and sealant.

I don't think that would be cheating...but I think the OP was serious and not trying to do a "desert island detailing" thread. IMO although products are so good today it would be easy to just use one line...in reality who comes to a detailing forum and winds up staying loyal to one brand? Are there any of us who don't have multiple brands in our cabinets? Forget the fact that most of us look like we're running a detail supply store with a shelf for each brand (or maybe that's just me).

Bumper to bumper it would be between Wolfgang & Optimum with WG taking the lead with their exterior trim sealant and tire dressing.

I'm mostly Meguiars as it is.... Wouldn't be a difficult transition. I'd miss my PC, and Buff and Shine pads though.

That's a super good price, I'll stick to my Polish Angel that would run me $11,000 for 50 gallons lol.

That just goes to show you the price difference between a sensible brand and a boutique high end brand. There's no amount of better that makes that big of a gap in price worth it lol. For that same $11,000 you could make 53,650 gallons of 3D Glass Cleaner. That's absolutely mind boggling.

I guess I need to change my detailing packages pricing and change windows from included to a $149.00 add-on/upgrade lol.

Another vote for Meguiars...the price is just right.

No one likes griots garage????? Lol. I agree you have to mix in all different brands. My compounds and polishes are mostly menzerna but the rest is all over the place.
