For those that use Facebook and / or have your own website. I recommend a good online booking solution. It lets your customers schedule and if you like pay ahead of time, add them to your iCal compatible calendar such as Gcal. You can also get a lot of other insights.

The one I just started using is Bookeo. :dblthumb2:
 
I'm not a fan of online booking really.I need to talked to the customer first and find out what they need and want done first before the schedule any appointment. I don't have set prices so doesn't work for guys like me. If your a production shop with set prices its a great idea for sure.

I have set prices for some things. I mean if someone wants a car wash you pretty much know what its going to take.
 
I've been using SnapAppointments, and it's going well, it's picking up from last year with people using that vs. calling.

I always call/text/email after it comes in to get details and confirm the appointment and talk pricing.

I see it more as a very qualified lead than an actual booking process.
 
I built my own through my website and talk pricing through an interactive chat implemented through my website.
