So I'd like to do a rinseless wash and use D156 while drying. Will this work? TIA

I use this combo quite a bit and love it. In face, I onr wash the whole car first and then come back over with D156 and use it while I dry the car. I save a ton of time over drying panel by panel. Looks great too.

I'd complete the entire ONR RW-process first...
D156 is supposed to be applied to a clean surface.

I use D156 both as a drying aid with traditional washes and rinseless washes with great success. It is also great to use after drying when the car is perfectly clean.

For rinseless washes, I will wash a panel, then before drying I will mist D156 onto the surface and then proceed with drying. Adds noticeable slickness and doesn't add any effort or work to the process.

I do the same with Optimum Car Wax because brand synergy.

That's exactly what I was thinking of, thanks everybody.:xyxthumbs:

A friend of mine, Bruce McMillan, started a trend of using ONR to wash then immediately mist the wet surface with Opti-Seal, then buff dry. I'm pretty sure Dann Williams does this as well.

I used D156 as a drying aid once and my WW towels don't absorb like they use to before using D156... Any tricks?

Presoak in an APC and hot wash with vinegar rinse cycle.

I use D156 with almost every wash, and wipe with my WW towels as I dry. Haven't noticed any difference with the towels over time.

I wash all of my towels with micro-restore detergent.
