Onr + Iso Alcohol as Glass Cleaner?

Is it true that ONR (qd strength) + 1oz Iso Alcohol in a 32oz water makes a great glass cleaner?

I don't think it's necessary.

I have used both methods for glass. ONR does a good job but for dirtier windows the IPA does help.
