Opel Astra TS Detailed by Etiennè

Last week I got a call from Walter to detail his Opel Astra TS. Actually prepping the car for an upcoming event for Walter. The car wasn't all that dirty, but it was definitely in need of some TLC. The arches was filthy, the chrome barrels on the wheels needed some loving, the paint had deep scratches ALL OVER, the leather seats needed a treatment, the list goes on and on and on !!

On arrival

I cleaned the wheels, washed the car, decontaminated the paint and gave the engine bay a wipedown as it was fairly clean to start with.

Paint Correction

After various test spots I settled on Menz fg400 on yellow cutting pads, followed by Menz PF2500 on green polishing pads and then finally sealing it with Soft99 Dark Fusso applied by hand.

Thanx guys. @noslef I have no idea but I prepped the car for a magazine shoot. It's running on ethanol and makes a massive noise
