Opening bottle of Carpro Iron-X? Need help, please

I feel like an idiot for asking this, but I cannot open my bottle of Iron-X. The plastic cap has some instructional graphics on it, which make no sense. I have tried pushing down and turning, pulling up and turning. Squeezing and turning. No luck. As you turn, there is a 'click' but I cannot open the #$&$@^Q()&# bottle!

Any suggestions?

It sounds like it has some safety features so the contents doesn't spill... I used self adjusting pliers, be careful not to break the cap.

Ah, get a bigger hammer trick. I will try the pliers. Duh.

This is a problem with many including using ECH2O. It seems if you over tighten, it will over shoot a ridge on the bottle and will not loosen.
Car Pro needs to fix this problem.
