So I've pretty much corrected my wife's Honda Pilot. It was sad, sad shape for only being two years old.

Thus far, I've used 105, BF SRC Polish, and CG Blacklight. While I'm not a fan of blue cars, this even impressed me (Pics to come later).

So for the LSP.... What do any of you say: BFWD or 845?

The BFWD would really make it shine. However, she's not one for taking care of it as she says, "It doesn't increase resale value, so why bother?" (:rolleyes:)

So what say you?

Oh, and I love 845 after using it.

So much so that I'm thinking of selling my collection of BFWD!
 
Why not both? I've used both and love the look. And i reset that just applied look with 845 about once every month, month and a half.

I've taken friends to account on saying just that. They would be thinking just like your wife and I've offered them a $495 buff job, telling them that if the vehicle doesn't get that extra $495 (or as much as 10% over what a swirled out, RID'ed out, dirty wheeled, bug infested grill, faded headlight version would) that I'll give them BACK half of what they paid me.

While not everyone has taken me up on it, the ones that have (customers included) realized well over 5% increase (in newer vehicles) and pretty much a 10% increase in value on an older vehicle. When you do a value rating it asks for paint defects, and paint that looks as good as, (or in AutoGeek speak) BETTER than new makes a difference. :D

Had a buddy last year that I've known for 40 years sell off his Corolla, late model, high mileage, yet it was easily worth $7200 as a clean, non-smoker vehicle. Told him he could get that, yet he refused the buff job and ended up getting $6000. SAY WHAT? Lose $1200 on the deal because he wasn't willing to spend half that? I think NOT!
 
It most certainly does increase resale value, and helps it to sell faster too. Also, you could use those FACTS to defend your wife's flaming darts as she pecks at you for buying detailing goods.
Secondly, the condition of a car can speak volumes about the owner/driver, right?
