Ya I'll keep you posted for sure. I'm in contact with Dan the Regional Manager as well. Was told to email him, now just waiting to hear back.
They're picking up my car Wednesday morning and are bring it back Wednesday at 5pm. I'll try and get pictures/videos soon after.

Your case was brought up in our optimum facebook group. Rest assure that you'll be taken care of. It was definitely a missunderstanding in regards to EXPECTATIONS between you and the installer.

I guess I'm confused... you know that I'll be taken care of?

All I can say about this post is :doh::doh::doh::doh: And if you quoted me those prices this is what I'd do...........:hotrod2::hotrod2:

For those prices I could get a high quality repaint any day of the week.

What? Around here paint job cost between 500$ to 1000$ per pannel. Had my truck painted 2 years ago, hood+bottom of the 2 sliding doors. Cost be 1500$ and it was a cheap, poor job. I got a few quotes and most places wanted to charge me 3000$ for the job. So doing the whole car for 2K sounds completelly crazy to me. Especially for a hiqh quality job.

Well I was definitely taken care of. Everything looks really really good in my opinion. They said they would make it right and did, probably shouldn't have second guessed that! Props to the shop!

Much, much better!!! Looks more like all of the great photos we've seen
on this site!

Congrats.

Optimum pro installations are backed pretty good. You'll enjoy the coating for a very long time. My only suggestion is to listen to the shop about maintenance and aftercare, and to take it back to thst shop every year for maintenance so you can prolong it for an almost indefinite period of time.
