Hello Everyone,
I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and as the rest of you wanted to protect it in order to keep in in tip top shape. Therefore, I applied Opti Coat. However, shortly after application it started to rain. For the most part, everything is beading like crazy. However, the lower rocker panels do not seem to have anything on them. Additionally, all of the plastics now look like they have water spots all over them.
Can I reapply on the lower rocker panels or do I need to compound off and then put new Opti Coat on?
Lastly, how can I fix the water spots on the plastics? Has anyone else ever noticed this issue?
Thank you in advance for your help! I have also posed the same questions to Chris from Optimum so I will post his responses once I hear back.
