opticoat 2.0 topper / reload-permanon ?

If everything goes according to plan, I will be trying Element 119 on my daughters black 2011 Hyundai Elantra...:props:
Call me if you have any questions on 119. It has an amazing glass look to it. I dont think it will last like OC, but IME, nothing can!

thanks guys for the input . I'm still torn between the two which means I'll just have to get both . lol . as I love the protection and durability of opticoat , I still like to have some "pop" to it though which seems these silica nano sealants will give that ? I'm not to worried about durability as opticoat will always be there when reload/permanon wears off . I just can't opticoat and then not touch my ride again . I need to be able to upkeep it somewhat as if I would wax every month . as of now I only have my truck partially opticoated just so I can wax and keep it looking fresh . all this on a dd . why ? because I can and I'm OCD in too many ways of neat and clean . wish I could make up my mind . but it's gonna be Hell Ya ! one of these should make me happy .
I am same way. The Sprays give me the fix I need! OC the rest of the car and get both. I would apply ReLoad first.

will using reload ruin the mf towels used to spread/buff ? can they be washed and put back into action for whatever reason or maybe just keep them as dedicated reload only towel?
They wont absorb afterwards. I learned this the hard way. Now I dont take chances anymore. I would get Sams MF at most to do initial wipe. You could soak good MF in an APC and wash ASAP! Wonder Rags do OK too!

Not saying I can still do anything with a polisher...But I'm still capable of at least 'holding up' one.

HMMM...If these "Coatings" turn out to be: "The Real Mccoys"...Perhaps, then, I won't have to be 'holding up' a polisher as often.
Would allow what remaining 'holding-up-powers' I do possess for other duties. Depends on the situation, I suppose.

Getting old sux but it beats the alternative!

If you let reload dry on the towels definitely going to kill some of the absorption ability for awhile. You can still use them for most things but not for something where you want them to absorb liquid perfectly like a waterless wash.

I spray mine out with a hose as soon as I'm finished using one and then throw it in a bucket full of water until I'm done and I do a load later.
