Optimum Car Wax to aid in drying.

Ron, I've done it both ways. Personally I think I prefer to use OCW after drying. I didn't have any issues with doing it while drying though.

I actually always use a detailer when drying the vehicle I find it helps out a lot and leaves a nice shine. My drying tools are Guzzler and DP Final Gloss

I use it after the car is dry. I feel like I have more control over the product this way and I don't want to get the wax in my good WW drying towels.

Anyone use this method?

I've tried it a couple of times very recently on my red HHR. Part of the reason that I tried it was that I was getting some streaking while using it on dry paint.

I can't say that it seemed to work very well this way.

I've gone back to using OID for this purpose...and it works great.
