Anyone use this? I'm about to purchase some to try out. Says up to five months protection which is darn good for a spray wax.

Yeah, 5 months...in the garage. The life is a little exaggerated like any wax. But it's good stuff and it's patented based on the UV inhibitor and some other things.

Just in between regular waxing/sealing, or as a stand alone?

Haha yeah, I figured that.

I use it also. It lasts at least 30 days for me. It's so easy to apply that I do it once a month during an ONRWW rinseless wash. I'm in Texas and my car sits outside all the time and is my daily driver. I like the product and would recommend it.

Good stuff and good durability for a spray wax. Never tested the length of durability as I re-apply something to it often.

I love OCW. Seriously, it looks great and so easy to use that I have never wanted to test longevity. I use at least every month or so.

I use it and also use the optimum spray enhancer after wash.

Real world durability is around 2 months, which is darn good for a wax that is sprayed on. Then again, it was designed to be a stand alone lsp, not just your average spray wax.

I get a month or so depending on weather conditions. Apply it very thin or it does streak. Good for a spray wax, quick and easy to apply and gives a good shine but no five months that I have seen.

I have second this post. It's not your average spray wax. It is designed to be a stand alone and it doesn't go on like most spray waxes so don't be turned off by that fact. Don't use your thickest MF towel or you'll just soak up a bunch of it and the towel will roll up on you a lot. Use a cheaper towel on a ultra clean car. Don't try to use it as a detail spray because it's not designed and doesn't work that way.....Optimum has another product for quick detailing. Enjoy it!

It's Ok - but I'd skip it.

Prima HydroMax does the same thing, is easier to apply, doesn't streak/ghost/haze - and is just a better product.

How does Prima's Wax-As-U-Dry compare to OCW?

Been using OCW for a long time and its really good. I have Hydro Max on order and just want to try it due to its great reviews. Just have to have a lot of good spray waxes to longeavity is not an issue.

Used it for many years and purchase by the gallon. I've never had smearing or any problems with it. Many are called "spray wax" but few actually contain carnauba as Optimum does. A must have product in my opinion.

I got 4-5 months on a daily driver, outside 24x7 and in the winter time. It didn't snow a lot that year but 4-5 months of protection is awesome.

4-5 months?! That's insane for a spray wax!
