optimum goodies for 2012 sema?

Yes. The consumer will last a year, the pro will last three years, and there will be a third Clean & Protect glass product.

Ok, the good Dr confirmed there'll be a Opti Lens for consumers...too. There just wasn't any talk of it at SEMA.

That is very good news. For all the snark I may have given you in the past (pre OC 2.0) about not "trusting" enthusiasts with pro products, and more recently about the consumer getting watered down versions (post OC 2.0) I DO understand the liability headaches and the exclusive territory/warranty issue that Anthony had originally pushed for (and now seems to be coming, at least partially, to fruition).

And because I really do understand those liability/warranty issues, I really am truly grateful that there are/will be consumer versions of the coating products, and I look forward to finding out more about all the new products here at AG when they are ready to announce them.

Looks like the Opti-Glass Coating, Opti-Glass Clean & Protect, and Opti-Lens will be coming in January. Seems like they will be tuned to the particular application. Looking forward to hearing more about them, pricing doesn't seem to be set yet. It does seem to me that the price just went up on Opti-Coat 2.0 and perhaps some other Optimum products as well.

My car is exposed to the elements all year, and there is a good buildup of contaminants, which I clay once ever 10-12months. If anyone knows, is Opti Eraser Aggressive grade, really aggressive (like Meguiars burgandy claybar) or is it medium grade. I've used mothers clay bar which I think would be medium grade, and that has worked for me. But I'm unsure which to buy, the light/fine grade, or aggressive level.

Neither will be as aggressive as an aggressive clay bar. But, they also won't mar the paint like aggressive clay.
