Optimum No Rinse recently change?

I've been using ONR for about 2 years now and I remember when it went to the blue color. I recently received 2 gallons in that appear to have some changes. The blue is a deeper shade and the smell is different. I can't quite place the smell but I've smelled it before. I'm thinking it was the smell used in Poorboys Spray and wipe or Spray and gloss, I can't rememer which. The ONR seems to work as great as it always has. Although I wasn't a fan of the old smell, I'm not sure I like this anymore.
 
I have had my last bottle for a few months, so I don't know if it has changed. I just ordered DP 4 in 1. So I will see how that works, and compare to ONR.
 
When I first got ONR, I mixed up a gallon of clay lube. Since thats all I use it for, alot cheeper than buying a bottle of DP, or pinnacle lube. After a few weeks I noticed that the lube lost its blue color. I called Op, and they told me that they have been having problems w/ the blue dye. They said they will be changing it soon, so I guess thats what happened.
 
I was reading on another forum that yes, some changes were made to ONR in order to give it a more pleasant smell. I think it was something like 7-UP or something IIRC. Not a big fan here of the chemical smell, but boy, I was able let it go because the thing is so awesome!
 
I believe they made some changes to the product because with the old formulation it sometimes had the tendancy to turn brown.

That was the first product change. After that, there was a second one which I think is th one in question at this time.
 
Just got my first onr bottle.Really like the product!also use it as a QD.I think it smells like lysol=)
 
i noticed the blue fade after a week when mixed as QD (ONR) ... this was regualr water..holds better with distilled imo
 
had not heard, but my first bottle smelled like stink !
