Had a local car show today and it was misty on the way to the show. My car got pretty nasty on the way out and as a local detailer in Indianapolis I hated to see my car dirty in a local show. Anyways I've always used onr as a detail spray but not to wash a car.

Upon arriving to the show the rain stopped and I was left with a dirty car. I had some diluted onr with me and decided let's try it. Well as most of you mobile guys know it's amazing. Left no scratches or marring on the finish. I am happy with the results with the results. I actually had ordered another gallon a week ago and I'm good to go to use it on some more jobs.

On a side note I was an individual trophy for the show and we won best club. (After the show a judge told me my car was what earned us best club as we were tied with another club)

Anyways my point...ONR is the shiz

My individual award

Best club award

Cheers autogeeks?

Why does ### (for the win) get ####'d out?

Congratulations on your winnings, your ride does look amazing however ONR is one of the best/and highly recommended by most

Having trouble understanding the post. Did you use the ONR in a bucket and wash the car or did you use it in a spray bottle as waterless wash?

In a spray bottle as a waterless wash. I usually don't bring 5 gallon buckets full of water with me to car shows.

nice! on a side note, isn't your car "Plasma Blue
, not WRB as your name suggests? :P

FYI, some of the guys on this forum would (In fact, some would even take them on vacation with them)

Love the color ! and really like that its the understated WRX and NOT the STI ! got a side profile or rear pic ?

also something ive realized over the years is that when washing a car thats too dirty with a waterless wash it wont leave obvious scratch's that are easily visible. but it will leave hologram like wiping scratch's that are only visible in direct sunlight. just be aware of this. I only do rinseless wash's. never waterless wipedowns.

ONR at QD dilution has been a staple for my detailing bag when going to car shows. I pre-soak the panel a bit more than normal and prime the towel before wiping.

For long car show trips, I mix a gallon of ONR in bucket and seal with gamma lid. No need to mix 5 gallons.

Here's a side shot. Dirty in this pic

I guess my whole point was i used onr for the first time and liked iy.

I have never used ONR as waterless wash but it looks like it turned out great. I don't think it's unusual to take a 5 gallon bucket with 2 gallons of water to a car show as long as you have a Gamma Sealed Lid.

Plasma Blue Pearl is more of a darker purple. The OP's car is most certainly World Rally Blue.

No it's not..I've been driving Subarus for quite some time as well as detailed tons of them and am very familiar with their colors and abbreviations. I certainly wouldn't have WRB in my username if I thought maybe I hade PBP.
