anyone out there use this optimum stuff i heard it was good so Iam going to try itFeed back pleasehttp://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/images/smilies/feedback[1].gif

nope never heard of it...let us know how it works for you.

The Optimum line is one of my favorite lines, especially when I'm detailing in sun or higher humidity. Menzerna is an awesome polish line too, but I find them to be a tad more finicky that OPT. I'm sure you'll be happy with the results.

The Opt polishes did nothing for me with the PC... I quickly purchased Menzerna and have yet to look back.

I will be testing the Opt (Poli-seal / OHC / OC) with the flex to see if it gererates enough power to achieve some of the results I have heard can be attained with Opt via rotary.

If I were a PC only user and doing it all over again i would save my money and jump to Menzerna.... My Opt polish has been demoted to mix in with menzerna to reduce dusting

I use OPT all the time and im looking to try some Menz though, it is nice to have a super long work time and no dust of OPT but sometimes its too much work time for me! That is when im using a pc im sure it would be nice for a rotary!

That is a good point. Optimum does seem to excel when used with a rotary polisher. But I've always managed to get decent results with PC/UDM and Poli-Seal though.

I actually still have the old versions (not revised) of Optimum Polish and Compound and got excellent results with Edge pads and PC. Compound is aggressive but finishes like a polish. I give Menzerna slight edge over Optimum though, but both are tops. Optimum takes longer with PC as its more designed for rotary use but you can work the product forever it seems, it won't flash really like others, just keep working it and working it etc.

great feedback thanks I always use rotary buffer when polishing and compounding so I think this stuff should work pretty good

after Menzerna is hard to go back to other nice products, its just THAT much better.
