Order Change Over Weekend

WOW! is all I can say about the customer service at AG. I placed an order over the weekend, realized I wanted something else from the BOGO, sent an email to AG. First thing Monday morning, 8:07 a.m. to be exact, Nick sent reply, change made. Holy cow, that early on the first day of the work week, I get a reply. Never have I gotten anything that quick from a company. Not to mention, he switched my order for me.

That's the kind of change we need from the President. Go Nick! I forgot to add a sample to my weekend order but I figured Nick had enough to do raising campaign funds without fooling with me.
 
Me too I just talked with Ray who took my order Saturday that I forgot too add a free sample. Plus he answered a ? I had on Clay. I told him next order I'll have 2 samples. Great CS.

I can't say "wow" as you did. It's more like "ehh". I ordered some stuff on Fri 10pm. Sat 1pm i live chat w/ Ricky and asked if i can add a few more things. His replied was "your order already boxed up and ready to ship". Wow, that was fast. Cool. I was expecting they'd ship it Sat before they closed. I checked the status on Sat night and it's in "order review" mode. Ok, i check it again on Sunday and it was still in "review" mode. However, i did place a second order on Sunday for the items wanted to add to the first order. Hmm, good business decision on their part to refuse the add-on but they may loose future business. I was wrong again for my high expectation from AG CS. I

There might have been a misunderstanding. In most cases, orders placed Friday night are packed and on the UPS trailer way before noon on Saturday. We start bright and early on Saturdays so when Monday comes, your package is ready to be on its way.

Next time you need to make changes to an order, the best way of doing so is by calling us. :dblthumb2:
