Order History?

Why is it that when I log into my account under Order History is says No Orders?
 
How do you place your orders? By phone or online? I am not sure how the order history is logged. You can go to the customer service page and use order# and zip code to get orders to come up. That is how I get some of my orders, rather then logging in using your login and password. Give that a whirl.

I order online, using the zip code and order number only brings up status, I would like to see totals.

Thanks Matt but its really no big deal, I was just playing around and curious as to why it shows no orders. Is that normal or should they be showing?
 
That would be a question for Jason or Meghan. I really don't know the details but there have been some technical issues in the past.
 
If you're a professional detailer you'd want to know for expense purposes. If you're just doing your own cars,you really don't want to know.:laughing:

Why not just keep your receipts and organize them in a folder or something?

That's not the issue, I'm just curios as to why it says I have no order history.

Does it show a history for anyone else?
 
I don't even know how to access that. I always phone my orders in anyway, so I guess it doesn't really matter to me.
 
Same thing for me...no order history, even though I placed an online order a couple of weeks ago. Like you, it's really not that important to me, but I may be curious down the road to see what all I've purchased.

Did you guys create an account and log in on the left side of the navigation? If so, then you should have the order history. Mine works.

Logging in is the only way you can get to the order history so Yes, I was logged in.

Meghan has already provided me with the answer to the problem (not logging in before placing an order).
 
My first couple of orders were placed without registering, so I wouldn't expect to find those orders in my history. However, I registered before placing my last order. I thought I had logged in first, but I could be wrong. I'll pay closer attention next time and make sure I'm logged in before placing the order. But then again, it's really no big deal. Besides, doesn't AG send an email confirming the order and listing the purchased items?
