I'm not complaining or trying to spread bad words here, just sharing my experience. Made a big order on 3/15 including some 5.5" LC HT Pads. Order showed up today and my pads were 6.5" instead of the 5.5" I ordered. Going to contact AG tomorrow and see what they say. Im sure they will be great at taking care of me.

Mistakes happen and AG is great at taking care of its customers.

But that's exactly what you're doing, even before you gave them the opportunity to correct it. Pretty lame in my book, just calling it like I see it.

On the other hand I've ordered thousands of dollars and multiple dozens of orders and items over the past 4 years without one error or back order, so I'm just saying. Nothing personal but considering you've made 19 posts in a year this one was unnecessary.

Who are you to say when my posts are necessary? If anything your the troll for complaining in my thread. Take your happy horse elsewhere.

Simply just looking for some feedback from customers on how there orders were handled that were in the same situation as I. I already said I had no doubt AG would take care of me.

What he is saying is that you should have called AG first instead of making thread. They would fix your issue on the spot. No reason to make post.

I wouldn't worry. AG has a sterling reputation of correcting things.

I know how it goes though. I once ordered pads from somewhere, and the same thing happened - wrong size. When I called them, they told me to just order another set of the right size, and to pay for them again....

Wow...

I got them to throw in a backing plate so I could make use of the initial pads they sent though. Their attitude was horrible. I had an issue with one of their polishes too, and got the same "whatever" attitude.

Exactly, thanks, it was just an observation and really no way to sugar coat it. I'm so sorry for being a troll LOL!!!! Im the MAN

Yr a lucky man my friend. AG will send you the right pads - and you'll get to keep the old ones for free.

It's tempting to share an experience that didn't meet your expectations...wasn't "quite up to snuff"...by saying you're not complaining; but don't fall into that trap!

Instead...I'll suggest:
Don't give the Devil a ride today...
He'll want to drive full-time.

I've used this a lot lately: "Hahahahahahahahahaha!"

In one of my recent orders, they added one less Meguiars pad. I gave Ray a call and told him about it and I could feel he was upset on the call. He sent me back two and added a free gift along with my next order. Give them a call and they'll sort it out for you. :dblthumb2:

"I don't want to complain"...but you did anyway.

Exactly.

I got a bad pot of Souveran a couple years ago, I contacted customer service, emailed them a photo and had a brand new jar the next day. I'm pretty sure it was Ray too. But I didn't start a thread about it before I gave them the opportunity to correct it. I believe that's called putting the cart before the horse.

Pet peeve of mine when people complain before even starting the customer service process. If CS let's you down, then review, discuss, and open for comments.

The mark of a good company is how they respond to their own mistakes, not if they ever make mistakes.
