What is a good OTC Last Step Product for a white car?
Tried Light Fantastic and Triple XXX Hardcore from Chemical guys on top of Collinite 476. Couldn't tell one from the other side by side, although they both improved the appearance of the car.
Sure, I could get some P21 or any number of esoteric mail order products (although I would NEVER pay some of the prices I see)_ But you know what? I just don't care all that much. My routine is to prep the car, wax with Collinite, add a beauty wax, and then Duragloss Aquawax spray wax.
After that, rinseless washes with spray wax and maybe redo the beauty wax after a couple of months and then a couple of months after that start all over.
The main goal would be something that won't mess up the durability of the Collinite, be easy to apply, shiny, and available at the local auto supply houses. It wouldn't have to super durable, just a normal carnauba like durability. But it can be synthetic, for all I care.
I'm thinking Meg's Ultimate, but maybe all that synthetic stuff would undo the Collinite.
Any suggestions?
