Eagle One Wax as you dry (I like to use it on my wheels as I dry them)
FOLEX: Is great for cleaning carpets
No Touch Spray (not the foam), it's great for wheel wells.
Stoner's for glass
Meg's Quick Interior Detail
Meg's Natural Shine (although I have about quit using it since I found PB Natural Look)
Woolite (mixed with water to clean my leather)

That's about all the OTC stuff I use now that I have tried some of the boutique stiff. I'm really liking Optimum for polish and all the different Poorboys offerings.

clay magic blue
megs # 26
megs gold class soap
collinite insulator wax (my advance auto carries this, I'm lucky!)
Stoners IG
Megs NXT glass cleaner
simple green
AquaWax (avail. at my local CarQuest along with most of the duragloss line)
Vroom MF for utility MF
Viking Drying and Quick Detail MF towels

For firends cars I like to use NXT with my PC and top it with Pinnacle. NXT's sligh cleaning ability makes the job quicker for me, and they are only friends and it is free. I also like to use Megs Tire Spray called Hot Shot I think. Again for friends.

Bence and Killr both mentioned the Mother's Reflection line in their posts. This is a very good OTC product line that will do the job very well for the enthusiast or hobby detailer.

Full heartedly agree. I urge all of the NXT users to give Reflections a try. In my opinion it is superior to NXT in every single facet (ease of use, appearance, durability, slickness), except for NXT's swirl-hiding ability (which will only last a wash or two).

so since NXT cleans, does that mean you shouldnt top a glaze and sealant with it? if not, would gold class wax be suitable?

NXT has parafin in it. A very, very light cleaner. I use NXT alone or as a base for #26 or any other carnauba wax. Some complain of it's durability but I have use this product alot and can vouch for 2+ months worth of protection. It's very easy to use too. Covers with very little effort. Comes off so easy.

I can't comment on the Mother's products but I'm sure they are just as good. I just have over 150+ car's worth of experience with NXT and Meguiars.

so.... does that mean it's safe to put onto of WG Sealant?

you mean Kaolin (calcified kaolin in NXT).... parafin is a type of wax. ;)

not really, it is likely to remove some or all of the Wolfgang below it. Stick to another coat of Wolfgang, Wolfgang Spray Sealant, or a pure carnauba.
