I'm stuck working outside in the sun.

What temperature and humidity levels would be considered to high to work in?

I have megs 105/205 and PO85RD. How are these products in the sun?

Are there better choices for use in the sun?

I was looking at wolfgang twins and the optimum sprays.
Are either of these good for working in the sun?

I also see that the Poorboy's products claim to be sun friendly.
Any thoughts on these?

Thanks for your help.

Are you working on your own vehicle or running a mobile detailing operation? I have had good luck with some of the Poorboy's Products but find that they are not aggressive enough for the type of detailing I do. They do work nicely in the sun if you are just maintaining your own vehicle or detailing for a customer who actually takes care of their vehicle.

Poorboy's products leave an ultimate shine. I like them for my own car but I can't use them to be efficient on correcting neglected finishes of most cars. I would also like to know more about Optimum's offerings so I will check back in this thread in the hopes that some Optimum users do chime in.

This is for my own vehicle. It's white so it hides imperfections pretty well and it's already in decent shape. Just looking to get rid of swirls.

I can recommend Poorboy's SSR2 and either their Polish with Sealant or Pro Polish for finishing down with. The SSR 2.5 and SSR1 turn real watery if you take them out in the heat of summer.

You can create some shade by simply putting up a tarp and tying it to anything available. It's a temporary cover to provide shade then just take it down and fold it up for next time...

I bought myself a E-Z up tent at BJ's for about $100. They are easy to put up with one person and they will provide you the shade you need.
