Overspray from Griot's headlight resto...please help!

Being it is a headlight sealing system which I have read very good reviews about it maybe a little tough removing. It would not be a good product if it did not hold up. Maybe email or call Griot's and get their take on the problem.

Just spoke to Allan at Griots and he suggested 3M adhesive remover.

Just tried the clay bar with Ech2o as lube and it seemed to lighten it up some but not all off. My next thing is going to be Goof Off, much stronger than Goo Gone but that's going to have to wait till tomorrow😋

Hey man, I was going to suggest hitting it with some gasoline first since it probably has not fully cured. Normally that's not a good idea but it is a pretty strong solvent and it's quite common. You'd just have to polish it afterwards, that's the only thing about using gasoline. The other thing I was going to suggest since I assume this is the headlight clear that you oversprayed is paint thinner. Put a little bit on a soft cloth and just apply it, assuming the paint underneath isn't freshly painted or anything like that.
 
It's the original paint but wouldn't it damage the clear?

Paint thinner or gasoline? No, not if the original clear is actually cured. I wouldn't leave it on there but just apply it and then have something there to wash it off, like a bottle of waterless wash or something like that right after application. Or if you are in a drive way, some APC and a hose just in case. It'll only damage the clear if you just leave it on and walk away.

I did not try to 3M adhesive remover, I'm going to try the goof off first.
