Overspray on paint

I got some white semi-gloss enamel overspray on my black truck. I tried XMT #1 and #2 swirl remover to no avail. Would their #3 or #4 swirl remover take it out or should I try something else. I used a PC with an orange pad. Thanks for the help.

Yeap, clay bar will do it for sure. I just had to do a full car and assumed wool/rotary would be needed. Not only was it not needed, it just didn't work. Tried clay and boom.
