P21s 100% carnauba wax

I wanted to see what everyone thinks about DP Max Wax, which I like.

Definitely a sleeper in the DP lineup. Not many people know about it, but you definitely get a lot for your money in Max Wax.

Only problem it its sort of crumbled in the jar. I was wondering can i put this in the microwave to liquify it and let it harden again so I can use whats left or does this destroy it?

PLEASE HELP!

I was actually going to ask this in a new thread but thought this was better.

I would discourage you from putting it in the microwave or any other heating process. The other ingredients added would likely disappear with the heat (softening solvents flashing off, etc), and if it were to liquify, the lighter elements would leech to the top, ruining the mixture.

Try rubbing a lightly dampened applicator in the container, and I believe you'll find that the wax will still work properly.

Tomorrow I'll order some P21S 100% and take it from there .

I think you'll be quite pleased with this.

It has to be one of my all time favourite waxes to use, ease of use is INCREDIBLE! Those special P21s ergonomic wax applicators make it so easy to apply the wax thin (well I love 'em- so much so I bought 4 spare ones for use with other waxes).

If I order it now I'll get it late next week or later . I wish shipping was faster . I live in calif , so it's not that far .well let me place my order . Any discounts for forum members ?

We've used a lot of different waxes, sealants and coatings. As far as carnauba wax goes, the P21S 100% Carnauba is one of the best. It is our absolute favorite topper. Really easy to use, looks like waxes that are $150+ and has great durability for a carnauba.

Being a Kansas City auto detailing company, there is always a tension between looks and durability. The hot days are well into the triple digits while the cold winters have salt covered roads. Kansas City is very harsh on cars and the P21S does very well in both extremes.

i have a jar of the was. it dosent hold up in FL . Its great for show cars final coat.Im the MAN

I love the look as well. I just wish it lasted longer than a few weeks.

I use the concourse look version on my Corvette, love the stuff, super easy to work with and leaves an incredible wet look shine. Its pretty much gone the first time I wash it though. I spray the water on and its beading tightly, then after I wash with Meg. Cold Glass its virtually gone. So I guess even a mild soap is too much for it.
