Well, the product seems to work like advertised. . .no problem there.

But, what in the world is up with this cheap A$$ bottle and sprayer? I wouldn't expect such low quality from KMart. Bottle has about the same structural durability as kleenex.

Sprayer stopped working...oh...let's see...after about 5 minutes.

First product I bought from this company, and it will be the last.

Like I said, the product works excellent, but not any better than a similar looking, and smelling product, that gives me similar results that I buy at a local janitorial supply warehouse.

If anything, it's less concentrated than the product I'm using, and it's almost 3x's as expensive.

Furthermore, there are no instructions on dilution ratios and from what I've read this product can and should be diluted.

UNBELIEVABLE!

I'M DONE. SORRY

LOL

On a serious note.......

I think you should have just bought the refill version...... and just get your own sprayer.

Aside from that...... the market is FULL of detailer products and hype.

Only a handful are worth the extra premium.

Just my $.02

I agree with you whole heartedly. I bought one of their kits. Great wax as was the other products. The nozzle on the tire gel would have the trigger hang up in back position. Emailed them! They wanted proof of purchase and this and that. When I finally said I was not going through all that for a 50 cent part they mailed me a new one, requesting the old piece back in the provide envelope postage paid. The new sprayer did the same. I just purchased a new one from AG. If I made a superior product, I wouldn't package it in a 10 cent application that fails. It ruins the whole experience. Just my 10 c.

If I find that a product works as advertised, but the container and its sprayer (if so equipped) leave something to be desired:
I'll transfer that product to a container of my liking. Same principle applies with sprayers.

P21S TAW is on the expensive side.
It may also be less "concentrated" than other similar products...
But that's what allows it to be considered "safe" for so many and varied automotive uses.

As to: TAW's dilution ratios:
-I go with a couple of ounces of TAW per 5 gallon bucket of water;
-50/50 with distilled water in my choice of sprayer-equipped vessel.
{*Some folks will bump these TAW-ratios up/down...a little bit a time.}
{**TAW-ratios have been discussed for years on many forums.}

I just know how I determine if a dilution-ratio for any cleaning-product is not correct: for my tasks at hand...
by them exhibiting the following characteristics:
-Too much soil is left behind after my "typical" washing-session process(es).
-Too much rinsing/re-rinsing/re-rinsing...is required for me to totally remove cleaning-products' "films".

Sorry guys, I snapped a little. This happens to me every now and then haha. It just bugs me that a product that is marketed to be somewhat high end has such a crappy bottle and sprayer.

Bob, I know you really like this stuff, so I'm going to keep experimenting with it...in a different bottle for sure haha. It does work well...that's for sure.

Seriously though...I probably only got 10 pumps out of that sprayer. It's like they included it as a joke.

P21S Tire Gel? No wonder why they wouldn't replace it.

Swain,
All I asked for was a spray nozzle. How much can that cost. The much superior product from AG was 75 cents.

P21S TAW = one of the best detailing products ever made. Good for interiors at a 10:1 ratio, good for stripping old wax and build up by putting a couple ounces in a bucket of shampoo, good for cleaning engine compartments with various ratios depending on condition, good for removing bugs and tar even at 10:1, good for grime and exhaust soot at 3:1, good for any kind of brake dust at 3:1. I don't care about the sprayer and container as I always dump my stuff in sprayers I buy which are much better than what most product manufacturers give you. I'll continue to use this stuff even if I have to put it in my mouth and spit it on the car!

Ok, wheel cleaner then. The point is their sprayer stink. All I tried to do is let you know.
