So if you could only go with one, which one would you go with?

Collinite 915 or P21S?

Have you ever tried applying 915 by machine? Just bought a bottle of #845 and really like it but have read that #915 has more gloss. Appreciate the feedback.

I have used both and would choose #915 because it lasts so much longer. I think P21S looks better/clearer but not enough to want to wax 8 times to every 1.

915 for sure. I dunno why I keep hanging on to my P21s....

I just applied 915 by machine on tues with a griots garage dual action 6". I used a LC blue pad. Worked awesome. Did a very thin coat. Did the whole truck then buffed with a woobie microfiber and used a microfiber bonnet with a wool pad underneath to make sure I got all the wax buffed off. Stuff is awesome. Beaded up the water that night when it began to snow and had someone stop buy to check it out and their jaw dropped. I did Wolfgang total swirl remover with a pink pad, Blackfire crystal seal (cured for 1 hour) and then the 915. My hood still looks flawless and we've been getting pounded with snow this week and have done a lot of highway driving with heavy salt

Probably will throw another coat on this weekend after washing because its supposed to clear up and then once spring finally gets here I'm going to use Dodo juice lime prewax cleaning polish and then Wolfgang 3.0 glaze then Blackfire crystal seal then 2 or 3 coats of 915

Hey Nate, the blue LC pad you used wasn't the blue cyan pad, was it?

I actually used up my tub of P21s because I needed to rewax my Vette after every wash! Nice wax though, easy to work with and very wet/glossy.

915 is much slicker than p21s. P21s looks warm in the other hand. In removal, 915 is pain in the a$$ if you apply too thick or wait too long.

Most likely not, the 6.5 inch LC wax pad that came with my GG6 kit (bought here) was blue, a darker blue than the "cyan" LC Hydrotech..

Thanks guys, I've applied FK1000 by machine with no problem and was hoping the 915 would go on in a similar fashion. Any tips or tricks for applying just a little wax to the pad? Do you remove the wax from the tub and lightly moisten the pad with wax or use the butter knife method and scrape out a bit and place it on the pad?
