Just received bottle of cosmic spritz, today. Need some advise on if it's supose to be clear or have like a white goo on sprayer tube.I don't know what else to call it. And if you look at the bottle it look cloudy The date on bottle 9/6/18. Thank you in advance

White goo is the correct answer. PA products are strange. It should still spray easily.
