Ok, so im still learning. Im using blackfire advanced pad cleaner spray. Spraying each pad liberally and working in, let sit for 5 minutes or so, rinse and use conditoner brush to help clean. Pads are becoming quite clean, which isnt my problem. My problem is getting the pad to rinse without soapy residue still being in the pad. Dont know if its the cleaner, polish, or both. Been working the squeeze/rinse method for a while now. Note, the orange pads with ultimate compound rinsed just fine. Its the white pads with the sf4500 thats giving me fits.

Im missing something in my technique. Please help. Thanks.

I soak my foam pads in APC for 40mins then rinse and then rinse very well .

The BF Pad Cleaner rinses clean fairly easy. Something doesn't sound right.
