Pad Cleaning/Washing

Is the GritGuard pad washing bucket system the best for cleaning/washing pads??

If not, what systems and products do you guys recommend??

Personally I squeeze a little dish soap in the center, wet the pad, and knead it out. Run water through the pad til it's clear. Then pop then in the washer with my mf's
